My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The location was convenient for my needs, and the rooms, while not the most luxurious, were clean and close to the amphitheater. However, there were a few issues with noise and timeliness. The service was a mix of friendly and not so great experiences, but they did help resolve some booking problems. The dining options were basic but sufficient for a quick bite. The facilities were satisfactory, although there were a few interruptions in the coolness in bursts. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price.

The room seemed like we stayed in a motel, but it was clean and close to the amphitheater. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready when we arrived at 4, which was a bit disappointing to the not so discerning eye.

The service had its ups and downs. They knocked on my door waking my daughter 1 hour prior to check out, which was not ideal. However, they were friendly and accommodating to my needs and managed to straighten out some booking problems.

The location is pretty good to quickly get to meeting places in the Mountain View/Sunnyvale area. There are lots of choices of restaurants close by, and the area feels safe to walk around.
